ESTIMATION OF LABOURS FOR VARIOUS WORK ITEMS
For a Project Engineers/Site Engineers/Project Manager, it is very important to assess the number of workers required for doing a particular work so as to save money and time and to avoid over allocation or less allocation of resources. And knowing the labours requirement, it helps Engineers to assess the total quantity of works that they can do in a day and hence the time required to complete the given task as well. So let us take a look at some of the important tasks and approximate requirements of labours to do a task. Labours estimates are approximate and it may vary as per the work quantity and size of project works and work conditions apply. The following estimation of labours requirement for a particular item of works for 8 working hours.Items Quantity
