UNITS CONVERSION FACTORS
Most of the time, we Civil Engineers have to come across with lots of UNITS of measurements and in drawing different designers use different types of units like inch, feet or mm, cm metre etc. Sometimes it may so happen that if the drawing unit have been given in metres but you need it in Feet. Because most of the unskilled or labours don't know metric unit and in that case, you need to explain them in imperial units that is in inches or feet. Which they easily can understand. So, it is very important for any Civil Site Engineers to know all these conversion factors so that they can explain it to workers and stop embarrassment.
